A Journey to Concept Art

 Flora Design and Concept Art Here i show a projects of games, animated series and an artist's work. They all have relevant features to my project as they show qualities that i would like to have in my project. Samurai Jack is an animated series from 2001 that standed out by is amazing and unique visuals. It had a beautiful way of transmiting the idea of "show not tell" to the audience. Most of the episodes would be composed of stunning visuals, brilliant animation and simplistic yet well composed sounds. One thing that always caught my attention was how the shapes of the flora looked so rigid yet organic, the shapes were very diferent from anything i have seen at the time and it stuck with me.  Smart Project Summary My first project for the subject of Art Portfolio will focus on plant and environment design with the theme of Earthly Delights. As a person that loves concept art and plants this might scratch both itches. I will design about 5 to 12 specimens for ecosystem and 6 ecosystems in total. I will explore a style i think will convey my own artstyle with some artistic exploration. With this project i want to finish with 6 fully design ecosystems with individual specimens and i want it done by the time period of 6 weeks. 

 Smart Project   What do you want to do? For the first project of Art Portfolio i want to create plant and ecosystem designs fitting the theme of Earthly Delights. I will create 6 different ecosystems and within them from 5 to 12 specimens of flora and fungi with maybe some other decorative elements. These will be done in digital in a 2D software called "Clip Studio".  Ecosystem ideas:  - Arid Lands - Wet Forest - Sub-Aquatic - ... . - .... - ....   How will you know when you have reached it?   I will know my project is over as soon as i reach the individual design of the specimens and the final design of the 6 different ecosystems. Is it in your power to accomplish it? Yes! Having a good knowledge of the software and a decent knowledge of the world of flora, fungi and ecosystems i beleive i have the tools to make this project possible.   Can you realistically achieve it?   My only fear is time.
