I Hate Art

When exploring "ugly" art i have come to realize that i really enjoy ugly things. There is a simpleness and abstract beauty to this pieces that make them stand out. One thing that i realized while looking through "ugly" art is that it is great to make us rethink art, the idea that art needs to be beautiful makes no sense and at some point, after looking at this "perfect" art and statues that portray nature and society in this pristine, clean, perfect way stops looking it stops looking interesting and starts becoming bland really fast. 
So on that note, ugly art happens to be a cleanser, it refreshes the eye and the brain with different and more interesting and perhaps controversial thoughts. But, after watching so many "controversial" and "different" sculptures i came to the realization that people were adding phallus sculptures everywhere to create this controversial and "quirky" environment. But it became popular really fast and in a massive way, with over 50 phallus sculptures in seconds of research it lost its original controversial point and became the "controversial norm" making it, boring, ugly and non interesting.
